    Correct installation

     

    Usually, the damage of high-temperature melt pressure sensor is caused by its improper installation position. If the sensor is forcibly installed in a hole that is too small or irregular in shape, it may cause the vibration membrane of the sensor to be damaged by impact. Choosing a suitable tool to process the installation hole is conducive to controlling the size of the installation hole. In addition, the appropriate installation torque is conducive to forming a good seal, but if the installation torque is too high, it will easily lead to the slippage of the high-temperature melt pressure sensor. To prevent this phenomenon, it is usually necessary to thread the sensor before installation.

     

    1. Correct installation method of pressure sensor:

     

    (1) Verify the frequency response value of the pressure sensor under the conditions of ordinary atmospheric pressure and standard temperature through appropriate instruments.

     

    (2) Verify the correctness of the code of the pressure sensor and the corresponding frequency response signal.

     

    2. Determine the specific installation location

     

    In order to determine the number and specific installation location of the pressure sensor, it should be considered according to each inflation section of the inflation network.

     

    (1) The pressure sensor must be installed along the cable, preferably at the cable joint.

     

    (2) Each cable shall be equipped with at least four pressure sensors, and the distance between the two pressure sensors near the telephone office shall not be 200m m..

     

    (3) Install one at the beginning and one at the end of each cable.

     

    (4) One branch point of each cable should be installed. If the two branch points are close (less than 100 m), only one can be installed.

     

    (5) One cable laying mode (overhead and underground) shall be installed at the change place.

     

    (6) For cables without branches, the installation interval of pressure sensors is not more than 500m, and the total number of them is not less than 4, because the cable programs of the barrier wires are consistent.

     

    (7) In order to determine the fault point of the pressure sensor, in addition to installing the pressure sensor at the starting point, another one should be installed at a distance of 150~200m m. Of course, in the design, economic and technical factors must be considered, and the pressure sensor should not be installed where it is not necessary.
