Solenoid valve is a device that uses the principle of electromagnet to control the flow of medium. The solenoid valve is divided into two types: single coil solenoid valve and double coil solenoid valve.

Single-coil solenoid valve working principle: single-coil solenoid valve has only one coil, when energized, the coil generates a magnetic field, so that the moving iron core pulls or pushes the valve. When the power is off, the magnetic field disappears and the valve returns under the action of the spring.

Double coil solenoid valve working principle: double coil solenoid valve has two coils, one coil is to control the valve suction, the other coil is to control the valve return. When the control coil is energized, the magnetic field pulls the moving iron core and makes the valve open; When the power is off, under the action of the spring, the iron core is moved back to the original position, so that the valve is closed.

The difference: the single-coil solenoid valve has only one coil, and the structure is simple, but the switching speed of the control valve is slow. Double coil solenoid valve has two coils, control valve switch fast and flexible, but the structure is more complex. At the same time, the double coil solenoid valve needs two control signals, and the control is more troublesome.
