I. Basic Definitions and Functions

Core function: By controlling the balance relationship between the oil pressure and the spring force, electromagnetic force, etc., it achieves the regulation, limitation or stabilization of the system pressure.

The operation of the pressure valve is based on the principle of force balance:

The effect of oil pressure: The oil in the system acts on one side of the valve core (such as the bottom surface or end face) through the oil inlet, generating an upward or right thrust.
Resistance balance: On the other side, resistance is provided by spring force, electromagnetic force or external control pressure. When the oil pressure exceeds the preset value of the spring, the valve core moves, and the oil is released or distributed through the oil outlet, thereby controlling the pressure.
Dynamic regulation: When the pressure fluctuates, the valve core automatically adjusts the opening size to maintain the system pressure within the set range (such as the pressure stabilization process of a relief valve).
