I. Basic Definitions
The hydraulic flow control valve controls the flow of oil in the hydraulic system by changing the flow area of the valve port (the size of the throttle port) or the length of the flow passage, thereby achieving precise regulation of the movement speed of the actuator.
Ii. Working Principle
Its core principle is based on the throttling principle in fluid mechanics:

When the oil flows through the throttle port of the valve, due to the reduction of the cross-sectional area of the channel, the flow rate of the oil increases and the pressure drops. By changing the opening size of the throttle port, the flow resistance of the oil can be altered, thereby controlling the flow rate.
To ensure stable flow, some flow valves are combined with pressure compensation devices (such as differential pressure compensation valves) to eliminate the influence of load changes on flow.
