Points for attention
The gearbox solenoid valve is an electromagnetic control component used to control the flow direction, pressure or flow rate of the oil in the gearbox hydraulic system. It drives the valve core to act by the on and off of the electromagnetic coil, thereby achieving the automatic control of functions such as gear shifting, lubrication and cooling of the gearbox.
I. Structural Composition
It is mainly composed of electromagnetic coils, valve cores, valve bodies and reset springs, etc.
Electromagnetic coil: After being energized, it generates electromagnetic force, which attracts or drives the valve core to act.
Valve core: Common forms include spool valves or ball valves. Under the action of electromagnetic force or spring force, it changes position to control the on-off of the oil circuit.
Valve body: It is internally processed with an oil passage, which connects the oil inlet, oil outlet and control oil port of the gearbox hydraulic system.
Reset spring: After the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, it pushes the valve core back to its initial position to ensure the valve's state is reset.
Ii. Working Principle
Power-off status
There is no current in the electromagnetic coil. The valve core remains in its initial position under the action of the reset spring, and the oil circuit is in a closed or specifically connected state (such as the lubricating oil circuit being conductive).
Power-on status:
When the electromagnetic coil is energized, it generates a magnetic field, which attracts the valve core to overcome the spring force and move, changing the oil circuit connection (such as the shift oil circuit being opened, pushing the gearbox clutch to engage or disengage).
Control logic
Electrical signals are sent through the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) to control the on-off of the electromagnetic coil, thereby precisely controlling parameters such as the gear shifting timing and clutch pressure of the gearbox.
