The MBS1200 / 063G1159 is a compact pressure transmitter from the Danfoss MBS 1200 series, specifically engineered for reliable pressure measurement in severe hydraulic environments and OEM applications. With a measurement range of 0 to 40 bar and a standard 4–20 mA current output, it provides dependable data for process control, system monitoring, and equipment protection.

Measurement Performance
The transmitter offers a typical accuracy of ±0.5% FS, delivering reliable measurement data for critical monitoring tasks. The unit operates on a supply voltage of 8–30 V DC and withstands an overload pressure of 80 bar and a burst pressure of 800 bar, offering a substantial safety margin for industrial circuits. With a maximum response time of 1 ms, it captures pressure changes rapidly for responsive system control.

The pressure connection is a G 1/4A external thread conforming to DIN 3852-E standards. With an IP67 protection rating, the transmitter is fully dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water.

Important Note: This MBS 1200 model does not include an integrated pulse-snubber (unlike the MBS 1250 variant). It is best suited for applications with relatively stable pressure conditions or where external damping is already provided.
