    At present, temperature sensors are more and more widely used in the field of new energy, especially the battery management system of new energy vehicles, namely BMS. At present, resistance temperature detector (RTD) and thermocouple combined with corresponding measuring circuits are often used to collect temperature. Temperature sampling circuits include resistance voltage division method and constant current source excitation method. However, the above methods have the following shortcomings: 1. The RTD analog signal acquisition and processing circuit is complex and the cost is high. The power required for the sensor to be energized will bring about the internal temperature rise and increase the temperature measurement error. At the same time, the cost of this scheme is high, and the circuit volume of the acquisition unit is large, which is not conducive to miniaturization. 2. Due to the low sensitivity of thermocouple, it is necessary to amplify the collected signal with a low offset amplifier. In addition, the temperature linearity of thermocouple is poor, so it is necessary to compensate the circuit, which increases the sampling error and reduces the sampling accuracy. 3. At present, the method of thermistor combined with resistance voltage division is more common. The main reason for adopting this scheme is that thermistor styles are diverse and the price is low. However, the acquisition accuracy of thermistor is low; To sum up, it is difficult to need a high-precision and low-cost temperature acquisition scheme. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing temperature acquisition scheme, this paper puts forward a high-precision and low-cost temperature acquisition method, which is suitable for new energy battery management systems and other fields.
