1, application range: pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration and other industries, using BMC plastic coated materials and low carbon high permeability steel as magnetic materials;
2, electromagnetic coil insulation grade 180 (H), 200 (N), 220 (R);
3, Adopt UL certified high-quality enamelled wire. Installation method of solenoid valve coil:
(1), check the solenoid valve and the selected parameters are consistent, such as voltage, resistance, pressure and so on, if the error will burn the solenoid valve coil or the solenoid valve can not work normally.
(2), before connecting the pipeline need to confirm the cleanliness of the medium, if the medium is not clean lead to impurities into the solenoid valve, will make the pilot head stuck and cause the solenoid valve does not work or even the solenoid coil burned, in order to prevent this situation, should be installed in the pipeline filter or installation of air source treatment.
(3), The electromagnetic valve coil of the electromagnetic valve is mounted vertically on the horizontal and ground pipe, such as the special situation, cannot be installed vertically, and the proper electromagnetic valve should be ordered in advance, otherwise the diaphragm of the electromagnetic valve will be blocked and not working properly.

(6), if the medium may appear water hammer phenomenon, must take the corresponding protective measures or choose with waterproof hammer function of the solenoid valve. Solenoid valve coil selection should pay attention to four points: applicability, reliability, safety, economy.
First, applicability:
The fluid in the line must be consistent with the medium of the selected electromagnetic valve series.
The temperature of the fluid must be less than the calibration temperature of the electromagnetic valve.
Second, reliability:
Solenoid valve coil is divided into normally closed and normally open two kinds: generally choose normally closed type, power open, power off; But the normally open type should be used when the opening time is long and the closing time is short.
Third, safety
(1), The general electromagnetic valve is not waterproof, please use waterproof type when the condition is not allowed, the factory can make custom.
(2), The highest calibration of the electromagnetic valve coil is that the pressure must exceed the maximum pressure in the line, otherwise the service life will shorten or produce other unexpected situations.
(3), The explosive environment must choose the corresponding explosion-proof products.
Fourth, Economy
There are many solenoid valve coil can be universal, but on the basis of meeting the above three points should choose the most economic products. Solenoid valve coil use note:
(1), When the coil is charged, it is strictly prohibited to cover it to prevent overheating and burning;
(2), electromagnetic coil, socket, electromagnet and connecting parts, do not hit collision, so as to avoid damage;
(3), coil charged normal work, due to the heat, high temperature, do not touch;
(4), medium working pressure, temperature, viscosity shall not exceed the prescribed range;
(5), the actual power supply voltage shall not exceed the prescribed range;
(6), ordinary solenoid valve coil can not be used in explosive dangerous occasions;
(7), the internal parts of the solenoid valve and the filter device, must be cleaned regularly;
(8), Check the model and parameters on the valve label, which must meet the technical requirements on site;
(9), Check the coil, electromagnet and electrical socket to ensure that there is no external damage;
(10), solenoid valve coil temporarily not used, can be stored in 0℃ -40 ℃, relative humidity <80%, and no corrosive gas indoor, do not allow open storage;
(11), solenoid valve open-air installation, must be installed with a protective cover, to ensure performance, prolong the service life;
(12), AC solenoid valve coil should not be no-load energized, otherwise there is a risk of burning;
(13), the best way to install the solenoid valve is perpendicular to the horizontal pipe, the coil up, the maximum tilt Angle <30° when installing, otherwise, can not guarantee the normal use;
(14), the pipe cleaning, purge clean, solenoid valve working medium should be clean, such as the medium contains particle impurities, must be installed in front of the valve on the pipeline filter device;
(15), according to the direction of the arrow on the valve body, connect the valve interface with the pipeline, and ensure that the connection is well sealed.
