    ◆ Generally, when the ultra-high pressure unloading valve works, the disc is pushed upward under the action of medium pressure. The higher the pressure in the system, the greater the upward thrust, and the lower the specific pressure of the sealing surface. Moreover, when the valve is closed, the control pressure will exert a great impact on the valve seat, which will easily damage the sealing surface and reduce the service life of the valve. Self-tightening ultra-high pressure relief valve with replaceable seat, the disc of the valve is not directly washed by medium, which reduces erosion wear. When the valve is closed, the disc is only acted by the elastic force of the small spring, which makes the impact of the disc on the valve seat very small, and the sealing surface is not easy to be damaged, thus improving the service life of the valve. Because of its simple structure and reliable operation, it can ensure the stability of the valve when it works under ultra-high pressure.

     

    2. Wedge disc is adopted

     

    From the mechanical analysis, because the conical valve is a cantilever beam, it is prone to vibration and fatigue fracture under the impact of high-pressure and high-speed fluid and high-frequency vibration. The valve core of the wedge valve is formed by cutting the cylinder valve core on an inclined plane, which is equivalent to a simply supported beam from a mechanical point of view. Because the lower end of its disc is close to the valve seat, the vibration of the disc is very small or difficult to occur, so compared with the cone valve, the wedge valve has better stability during operation.

     

    In addition, the valve seat and valve outlet are designed as Venturi nozzles, which can reduce cavitation and flash evaporation. Installing a flow restriction hole in front of or behind the valve can absorb part of the pressure drop, reduce the pressure drop before and after the valve, and weaken cavitation. If there is flash evaporation, it is not easy to adopt the bottom-near outflow direction. Adopting new structure is an effective way to improve the service life of water pressure valve of ultra-high pressure relief valve. However, the higher the pressure, the simpler the structure should be.
