    1. The solenoid valve works normally within the working pressure range, but it can't reach the rated current. This problem can be analyzed from the product structure. The resistance value of the internal coil of the solenoid valve increases with the time when the coil is energized, and when the current decreases to a certain extent, the resistance value will be zero.

     

    Therefore, when the solenoid valve works without a coil, the current greater than the working current must be used to reach the rated working current value; Moreover, when the solenoid valve is not energized, both ends of its coil will be in an open circuit state, and the state of its coil is that the coil is powered off and the contactor is attracted. Therefore, as long as you check this resistance value, you can know whether the solenoid valve is faulty.
