Reliable Pressure Sensing for Industrial Hydraulics

The MBS3050 Hydraulic Pressure Transmitter is engineered for continuous pressure monitoring in heavy-duty industrial and mobile hydraulic systems where vibration, temperature swings, and pressure surges are daily realities. With a pressure range of 0 to 400 bar (0–5800 psi) and a standard 4–20 mA output signal, it integrates seamlessly into PLCs, control panels, and data acquisition systems.

Built for Accuracy and Endurance
This transmitter offers a typical accuracy of ±0.5% FS (max ±0.8% FS), providing dependable measurement for system diagnostics and process control. Its acid-resistant stainless steel wetted parts ensure excellent chemical compatibility with a wide variety of hydraulic fluids, while the robust construction withstands an overpressure of 1500 bar and a burst pressure of 1600 bar — a generous safety margin for high-cycle applications.

Advanced Protection for Harsh Circuits
An integrated pulse-snubber actively dampens destructive pressure peaks, and the sensor design inherently resists cavitation and hydraulic hammer effects. The response time of ≤ 4 ms enables timely detection of dynamic pressure changes, making it suitable for both monitoring and control loops.

Installation and Connectivity
The G 1/4A external thread pressure port provides a standard hydraulic interface, while the Pg 9 angled connector ensures secure and space-saving electrical wiring. Rated IP65, the housing is dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets, suitable for most workshop and field environments. With a media temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and a wide supply voltage of 9–32 V DC, the MBS3050 is versatile enough for cold climates and compact machinery with varying power supplies.

Choose the MBS3050 for robust, maintenance-free pressure monitoring in your hydraulic power units, presses, or mobile equipment.
