MBS3300 / 060G1743 – Marine-Grade Pressure Transmitter for Low-Pressure Systems
The MBS3300 pressure transmitter (available in models 060G1743, 060G1110, 060G1408, 060G1125, and 060G1133) is a specialized instrumentation solution engineered specifically for the maritime industry. It is designed to monitor low-pressure applications including cooling water systems, lubrication oil circuits, fuel oil lines, ballast water tanks, and pneumatic control systems.
Measurement Performance
The transmitter covers a pressure range of 0 to 2.5 bar and provides a standard 4–20 mA analog output, ensuring seamless compatibility with shipboard PLCs, alarm monitoring systems, and data loggers. It delivers a typical accuracy of ±0.5% FS (maximum ±1.0% FS), providing reliable data for safe and efficient vessel operations. The response time is ≤ 4 ms, enabling timely detection of dynamic pressure changes.
Durable Construction for Harsh Marine Environments
All wetted parts are manufactured from acid-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, offering outstanding corrosion resistance against seawater, humid saline atmospheres, and aggressive media commonly encountered in engine rooms. The unit operates across a wide media temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for both hot engine-room environments and exposed deck installations. It withstands an overpressure of 8 bar without damage.
