The MBS3200 / 060G1875 is a high-performance pressure transmitter from the Danfoss MBS 3200 series, specifically engineered for reliable pressure measurement in harsh industrial environments and hydraulic systems. With a measurement range of 0 to 10 bar (0–145 psi) and a standard 4–20 mA output, it provides dependable data for process control, system monitoring, and equipment protection.
Measurement Performance
The transmitter offers a typical accuracy of ±0.5% FS, delivering reliable measurement data for critical monitoring tasks. The unit operates on a supply voltage of 8.2–34 V DC and withstands an overload pressure of 60 bar, offering a substantial safety margin for medium-pressure industrial circuits. The response time is ≤ 4 ms, enabling timely detection of pressure changes .
Designed for High-Temperature Operation
The MBS 3200 is specifically designed for media temperatures up to 125°C and ambient temperatures up to 100°C, making it suitable for high-temperature industrial applications such as hydraulic systems, injection molding equipment, and process control machinery . The fully digitally compensated design ensures consistent accuracy across the compensated temperature range of 0–100°C.
