    Principle of ultra-high pressure solenoid valve:

     

    Normally closed: when the electromagnetic coil is plugged in, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is released, the piston rod is promoted by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the vacuum solenoid valve is opened. When the solenoid turns off the power supply, the pilot valve core is reset by the torsion spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper cavity of the valve is increased by the throttle hole of the piston rod and the driving force of resetting the torsion spring, and the vacuum solenoid valve is closed.

     

    On and off: when the solenoid is plugged in, the pilot valve core is reset by the torsion spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper cavity of the valve is increased by the throttle hole of the piston rod and the driving force of the reset torsion spring, and the vacuum solenoid valve is closed. When the solenoid turns off the power supply, the pilot valve core is reset by the torsion spring, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is released, the piston rod is promoted by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the vacuum solenoid valve is opened.

     

    Note: If the pressure at the inlet and outlet ends exceeds the pressure at the inlet end, the medium will reverse the communication. A check valve can be installed.
