    2, plug/socket problem: solenoid valve factory solenoid valve fault phenomenon: if the solenoid valve is the kind of plug/socket, there may be metal spring socket problems, plug wiring problems (such as the power line connected to the ground wire) and other reasons can not be sent to the coil power. Fault phenomenon 2: After inspection, the coil is the original coil and the coil is energized when the magnetic normal, but the solenoid valve still does not act (then the solenoid valve manual button function may be normal), indicating that the valve core is bad.
    Five: the solenoid valve coil through the current will heat, the temperature will gradually rise. After a certain amount of time, heat and heat dissipation in balance, the temperature will reach a stable value. The difference between this temperature and the ambient temperature is called temperature rise. Solenoid valve coil temperature rise is a normal phenomenon. Higher allowable temperature rise determined by the type of insulation coil, electromagnetic coil temperature appreciation should be relatively high allowable temperature rise, electromagnetic valve environmental temperature by the coil insulation type of higher allowable temperature and solenoid valve coil temperature appreciation to determine, speed brand universal solenoid valve coil using B kinds of insulation, if the ambient temperature is not higher than 60 degrees, the electromagnetic coil temperature rise is not more than 70 degrees. The reasons for the heating of the solenoid valve coil and the treatment methods are as follows:
    1, first check whether the temperature of the solenoid valve coil is in the product to adapt to the temperature range, this can refer to the solenoid valve product manual, generally there are specific instructions on the solenoid valve work and environmental temperature. If not, consult the manufacturer according to the model.
