    What causes electromagnetic coil corrosion

    1.The high-frequency electromagnetic coil terminals are all leaking due to poor sealing, and the corrosion of the terminals exists in the positive stage, while the negative electrode is intact.

     

    2.Therefore, it can be judged that the poor sealing of solenoid valve coil and water seepage are the primary reasons for the corrosion of the terminal. However, because of the extreme working conditions on the spot, it is difficult to avoid the impact of coal on the coil, so there is no guarantee that there is no water at the coil terminal.

     

    3.Because of the existence of salt at the terminal and salt in the water, it acts as an electrolyte solution;

     

    4.Therefore, the galvanic reaction is presented.

     

    5.With regard to the negative pole, in the process of plugging in the closing electromagnetic coil, a large number of electronic devices flow into the negative pole, and the corrosion current on the surface of the negative terminal drops to zero or close to zero, which inhibits the actual effect of the terminal losing electrons, and then the corrosion of the terminal is inevitable.

    9.Use a multimeter to measure the resistor of the solenoid valve. If there is a resistor in the coil, it should be around 100 ohms! If the infinite resistor of the coil indicates that it is broken, the solenoid valve coil can be electrified and iron products can be put on the relay, because the relay has magnetic properties to attract iron products after the 220 volt electromagnetic coil is plugged in. If the iron product can be sucked up, it indicates that the coil is good, and the reverse knowledge indicates that the coil is broken. The difficult problem of solenoid valve coil is that your wrong operation on working voltage or time leads to overheating and burning, which is more common. Then, because of its poor quality, the connection point of the internal structure coil is not well touched, and then the connection point is short-circuited due to frequent vibration or current flow. The solution mainly depends on the products you use. If it is not integrally closed or riveted, it can be similar to the optical exchange coil of DC contactor. Otherwise, there will only be a total change.
