    Performance and Reliability
The coil provides consistent electromagnetic actuation for precise flow control, ensuring optimal system efficiency and reliable operation. Its robust construction withstands the demanding thermal and electrical conditions typical of HVAC and industrial environments, where continuous operation is standard.

    Installation and Compatibility
Equipped with a standard DIN connector, this coil facilitates quick and secure electrical installation, convenient for technicians performing field replacements or repairs. The 18mm × 40mm form factor fits a wide range of standard solenoid valve bodies used in commercial, residential, and industrial applications.

Important Note on Coil Failure Prevention
Solenoid coils are susceptible to burnout if the valve plunger fails to close completely. When energized, an AC solenoid draws a high “surge current” to pull the plunger in; once closed, current drops to a lower “holding current.” If the plunger is blocked—by contamination or mechanical jam—the coil continues drawing high surge current, causing overheating and insulation failure. This condition, often caused by debris in the valve (“silt lock”), means the underlying contamination must be addressed, not just the coil replaced.

    Typical Applications

    Air conditioning and HVAC systems

    Commercial and residential refrigeration

    Industrial fluid control valves

    Water and air solenoid valves

General automation equipment requiring reliable solenoid actuation

    Quality Assurance
This solenoid coil is supplied as a 100% brand-new unit, backed by a 1-year warranty. Manufactured in Zhejiang, China, with delivery typically within 5–7 working days.
