    Pressure sensor is a kind of sensor that can convert pressure signal into electrical signal, which is widely used in various industries, including medical equipment, water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent building, production automation, aerospace, military industry, petrochemical industry, oil well, electric power, ships, machine tools, pipelines and many other industries. Usually, the newly developed or produced sensors need to be comprehensively tested for their technical performance to determine their basic static and dynamic characteristics, including sensitivity, repeatability, nonlinearity, hysteresis, accuracy and natural frequency. In this way, the design of products can meet the fixed standards, thus maintaining the consistency of products. However, with the increase of product use times and the change of environment, the performance of the pressure sensor in the product will gradually change, and users must re-calibrate and calibrate the product regularly during long-term use to ensure the accuracy of the product and prolong the service life of the product. Fig. 1 shows a common calibration method of pressure sensor. There are three key elements in this method: unified pressure source, pressure sensor to be calibrated and pressure standard. When a unified pressure source acts on the pressure sensor to be calibrated and the pressure standard at the same time, the pressure standard can measure the standard value of pressure, and the pressure sensor to be calibrated can output the values to be measured, such as voltage, resistance and capacitance, through a specific circuit. Take the piezoelectric sensor as an example. If different pressure changes are generated by the pressure source, the pressure standard records each pressure change value, and at the same time, the piezoelectric sensor to be measured records each circuit voltage output value, so that the corresponding curve of the pressure and voltage value of the sensor can be obtained, that is, the calibration curve of the sensor. By calibrating the curve, the error range of the sensor can be calculated, and the pressure value of the sensor can be compensated by software.
