The MBS3000 pressure transmitter (model 060G1113) is a versatile, robust instrumentation solution engineered for continuous pressure monitoring in low-pressure industrial and building automation environments. With a measurement range of 0 to 1 bar (0–14.5 psi), it is particularly well-suited for central air conditioning systems, HVAC chillers, pump monitoring, compressor control, and pneumatic equipment where precise low-pressure measurement is critical.

Measurement Performance
The transmitter provides a standard 4–20 mA analog output, ensuring seamless integration with PLCs, building management systems (BMS), controllers, and data acquisition platforms. It offers a typical accuracy of ±0.5% FS (maximum ±1.0% FS), delivering reliable readings for critical monitoring tasks. The response time is ≤ 4 ms, enabling timely detection of dynamic pressure changes. It withstands an overpressure of 6 bar without damage.

Durable Construction for Harsh Conditions
All wetted parts are manufactured from acid-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance against a wide variety of fluids, including water, glycol mixtures, refrigerants, hydraulic oils, and mildly aggressive media. The unit operates across a media temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, suitable for most HVAC and industrial environments, from cold outdoor installations to hot machinery rooms.

Important Note: This model does not include an integrated pulse-snubber, making it best suited for applications with relatively stable pressure conditions or where external damping is already provided.
