     The solenoid valve on the hydraulic pump generally has two, one is the TVC solenoid valve, the other is the LS-EPC solenoid valve, the former is responsible for sensing the signal from the engine speed sensor, adjusting the engine power and the hydraulic pump power match, if damaged, either the engine is full of car, insufficient power, or the engine is difficult to start. The latter is responsible for sensing the driver's operation and changes in the size of the external load, if damaged, it will cause weakness in digging, slow operation of the whole machine, poor micro-operation ability, and no high-speed gear. It should be noted that there is one TVC solenoid valve before and after the pump, and only one LS-EPC solenoid valve.

Judgment of common faults of excavator

    Common fault 1: Blue smoke from the engine

First of all, determine whether the engine oil consumption is too large in the recent period of time, if so, it may be because the engine burns oil. 2. If the oil consumption does not increase, check the supercharger.

Recommendation: Engine blue smoke, generally due to cylinder liner and piston ring wear with excessive clearance or supercharger seal wear axial movement is too large, please contact customer service representative.

   Common fault 2: High oil consumption.

Symptom: 1. Check for leakage and black smoke. 2. If the status is normal, check all air inlet pipes for dust accumulation. 3. If there is no dust accumulation, please prepare a copy of the oil consumption meter (this form can be obtained from the customer service representative).

Suggestion: 1. If the dust accumulation of the cylinder inlet pipe is found, please send it to the workshop for maintenance. The machine is in normal condition, and if it exceeds the standard, it needs to be investigated, analyzed and repaired.
