    Pressure transducer

    The pressure sensor is mainly used to detect cylinder negative pressure, atmospheric pressure, boost ratio of turbine engine, cylinder internal pressure and oil pressure. The suction negative pressure sensor is mainly used to detect suction pressure, negative pressure and oil pressure. Capacitance, piezoresistance, differential transformer (LVDT) and surface elastic wave (SAW) are widely used in automobile pressure sensors.

     

    Capacitive pressure sensor is mainly used to detect negative pressure, hydraulic pressure and air pressure, with a measuring range of 20~100kPa, which has the characteristics of high input energy, good dynamic response and good environmental adaptability. Piezoresistive pressure sensor is greatly influenced by temperature, which requires another temperature compensation circuit, but it is suitable for mass production. LVDT pressure sensor has a large output, which is easy to output digitally, but has poor anti-interference. SAW pressure sensor has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, low power consumption, high reliability, high sensitivity, high resolution, digital output, etc. It is an ideal sensor for pressure detection of automobile intake valve and can work stably at high temperature.

     

    Flow sensor

    The flow sensor is mainly used to measure the air flow and fuel flow of the engine. The measurement of air flow is used for engine control system to determine combustion conditions, control air-fuel ratio, start, ignition and so on. There are four types of air flow sensors: rotary vane (vane type), Carmen vortex type, hot wire type and hot film type. The rotary vane air flowmeter has simple structure and low measurement accuracy, so the measured air flow needs temperature compensation. Carmen vortex air flowmeter has no moving parts, which is sensitive and accurate, and also needs temperature compensation. Hot-wire air flowmeter has high measurement accuracy and does not need temperature compensation, but it is easily affected by gas pulsation and broken wires. The hot-film air flowmeter has the same measuring principle as the hot-wire air flowmeter, but it is small in size, suitable for mass production and low in cost. The main technical indicators of the air flow sensor are: the working range is 0.11~103 m3 /min, the working temperature is -40℃~120℃, and the accuracy is ≤1%.

     

    Fuel flow sensor is used to detect fuel flow, mainly including water wheel type and circulating ball type, with dynamic range of 0~60kg/h, working temperature of -40℃~120℃, accuracy of 1% and response time of < 10ms.
