4, the general hydraulic solenoid valve solenoid coil parts should be vertical upward, vertical installation in the ground level in the pipeline, if space constraints or working conditions require that must be installed according to the side of the vertical, need to be put forward in the selection of the order. Otherwise may cause the solenoid valve can not work properly.

5, hydraulic solenoid valve before and after the manual shut-off valve should be added, while a bypass should be set up to facilitate the solenoid valve in the event of failure maintenance.

6, hydraulic solenoid valve is generally directed, can not be installed in reverse, usually in the valve body with → pointed out the direction of media flow, installation should be in accordance with the direction of the installation of → instructions. However, in the vacuum pipeline or special circumstances can be installed in reverse.

7, if the medium will start the phenomenon of water hammer, then you should choose the hydraulic solenoid valve with water hammer function or take appropriate precautions.

8, try not to let the hydraulic solenoid valve for a long time in the energized state, it is easy to reduce the service life of the coil or even burn the coil, that is, normally open, normally closed solenoid valve can not be used interchangeably.
