    The oil pressure of automobile engine is an important parameter in its operation. Real-time and accurate monitoring of its parameter changes ensures the stable operation of the engine. At present, common oil pressure sensors are all composed of a pressure sensing mechanism and a rheostat, and the sensing unit in the pressure sensing mechanism is pushed by oil pressure to slide on the rheostat to change its resistance value, thus realizing the digitization of oil pressure. One end of the sensing unit moves synchronously with the sensing membrane, and the other end of the sensing unit is attached to the resistance sensing mechanism to change its resistance value. This sensing mode requires high accuracy for the installation of the oil pressure sensor, which not only lies in the tightness of the sensing unit and the sensing membrane, but also changes the attachment of the sensing unit and the resistance sensing mechanism due to the deviation caused by the movement of the sensing membrane.

    Technical realization idea

    Aiming at the shortcomings of the prior art, the purpose of this technology is to provide a pressure sensing mechanism of an oil pressure sensor with sensitive sensing and stable movement. In order to achieve the above purpose, this technology provides the following technical scheme: it comprises a pressure cavity, in which an induction membrane and an induction unit which are linked together are arranged, and the induction membrane is transversely arranged in the pressure cavity. It is characterized in that the induction unit comprises an induction bracket fixed with the pressure cavity, and a hinged rod which can automatically return is horizontally hinged on the induction bracket, and a swing frame which rotates synchronously is arranged on the peripheral surface of the hinged rod. One end of the swing frame facing the sensing film is provided with a matching block which is linked with the sensing film and drives the swing frame to rotate, while the other end facing the sensing film is provided with a resistance changing block which is attached to the resistance changing device, and the end of the resistance changing block far away from the swing frame is provided with elastic electric connecting pieces, and the number of the electric connecting pieces is two and the electric connecting pieces are arranged in a V shape.
