    Product introduction

    1. Damage phenomenon of intake pressure temperature sensor:

     

    ① In the ON position, the engine fault light is always on;

     

    (2) a small amount of black smoke when stepping on the accelerator slowly in situ, and a large amount of black smoke when accelerating rapidly;

     

    ③ The engine is boring;

     

    ④ Fault code: P01D6 (the voltage of the intake pressure sensor is lower than the lower limit) Cause analysis: The intake pressure signal is abnormal, and the ECU can't receive the correct intake information, resulting in abnormal fuel injection, so the combustion is insufficient, the engine is boring, and black smoke is emitted during refueling. Problems in wiring harness connection and sensor failure can lead to this failure. Solution: Check the intake pressure temperature sensor.

     

    2, water temperature sensor damage phenomenon:

     

    ① In the ON position, the engine fault light is always on;

     

    ② The water temperature in ON gear always shows the maximum value of ZI of 120℃;

     

    ③ The engine is limited in torque and boring;

     

    ④ Fault code: P003D (the voltage of water temperature sensor is lower than the lower limit) Cause analysis: The water temperature sensor fails, and the ECU uses a substitute value when it detects that the output signal of the water temperature sensor is not credible, and the ECU limits the torque of the engine for the purpose of protecting the engine. Solution: Check the water temperature sensor.

     

    3. Damage of oil pressure sensor:

     

    ① After starting, the oil pressure indicator is always on;

     

    ② The engine fault light is always on;

Solution: Check the oil pressure sensor.

     

    4. Bad contact of OBD socket terminals:

     

    ① In the ON position, the power supply of the diagnostic instrument is normal, but it cannot enter the ECU to read relevant information;

     

    ② No fault code. Cause analysis: OBD socket terminal exits, resulting in poor contact, and the diagnostic instrument and ECU cannot communicate. Solution: Check the OBD socket terminal.

     

    5. Short-circuit phenomenon of wire harness of NOx sensor:

     

    ① After startup, the OBD fault light is always on;

     

    ② The engine is limited in torque and boring;

     

    ③ Fault codes: P0050 (downstream NOx sensor CAN signal reception timeout) and P018C (downstream NOx sensor preparation timeout). Cause analysis: The harness of the NOx sensor was worn out, short-circuited and grounded, and the NOx sensor could not work normally, resulting in excessive emissions, limited torque of the engine and alarm of the system. Solution: Check the wiring harness of NOx sensor.
