    Proportional pressure valve analysis and elimination because the proportional pressure valve is just on the basis of the ordinary pressure valve, the regulator handle is replaced by a proportional electromagnet.

     Therefore, the various faults caused by the ordinary pressure valve, which will also produce the ordinary pressure valve fault causes and elimination methods are also fully applicable to the corresponding proportional pressure valve (such as the overflow female corresponding proportional relief valve), can be referred to for processing.  

Common faults of solenoid valve

   1. The solenoid is disconnected
       Cause: electromagnet coil aging, damage or poor contact.
       Solution: Replace the electromagnet coil or re-weld the coil joint.

    2. Air leakage
      Cause: poor seal, loose interface, gas path blockage and other reasons.
     Solution: Check the gas path, reinstall the fastener or replace the seal.

   3. The valve core is stuck
       Reasons: the spool and valve hole with poor fit, dirt accumulation, poor lubrication and other reasons.
       Solution: Clean or replace the spool and ensure adequate lubrication.

    4. Frequent tripping
      Cause: voltage instability, overload, overheating and other reasons.
       Solution: Check the voltage stability of the power supply, reduce the load or install a radiator.

5. The switch action is not sensitive
      Cause: insufficient magnet force, spring relaxation, mechanism stuck and other reasons.
       Solution: Adjust or replace the magnet spring, clean the mechanism and lubricate.
