According to the operating characteristics of loaders, there are generally three kinds of signal acquisition parts: weighing sensor, pressure (oil pressure) sensor and pressure (oil pressure) transmitter. What needs to be emphasized is that the sensor has better performance of overload prevention, vibration resistance, insulation and anti-interference.

A > load cell

Generally, the sensor is used instead of the pin shaft to achieve the purpose of weighing. This scheme requires high accuracy of the sensor's structural design and installation dimension, so in actual operation, there are often some undesirable phenomena, such as low accuracy, inconvenient installation and replacement, and even safety accidents, so it has not been popularized.

B > pressure (oil pressure) sensor, which completes the weighing operation by converting the liquid pressure into the weight of the loading bucket, is convenient and quick to refit, and the measuring accuracy of the equipment is greatly improved compared with that of the weighing sensor, thus ensuring the safety performance.

C > pressure (oil pressure) transmitter

The output of the sensor is mV signal, but the small signal is easily disturbed during transmission and processing, and the converted weight is easy to cause errors, which requires a higher display part, so it is difficult to use it in a system that requires a higher weighing accuracy. The transmitter solves these problems well. It has strong anti-interference ability and large output signal (generally 4~20mA or 0-10VDC and 0-5VDC), which greatly reduces the requirements for signal processing and display, and correspondingly enhances the accuracy of the weighing system.
